Terms & Conditions!
♡ GENERAL TERMS / OTHERS:
- Contact me via DM, Discord is always more comfortable for both parts!
- I will post the commissioned art on my social media, and tag you if you want me to do so.<3
- I have the right, as an artist, to decline or cancel a commission.
- Please send me a reference of what you want so I don't make any mistakes.
- Watermarks will be added on the art piece.♡ PAYMENT:
- Payment will be made through PayPal (friends and family) or via Banco Estado if you are from Chile!
- 50% of the price must be paid after the sketch is done!♡ REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After the payment, commissions are non-refundable.
- If I cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel the order before I start with it, you will receive a full refund.♡ PROCESS & DELIVERY:
- I will keep you updated with pictures of the progress until completion!
- All commissions will be sent via Email in PNG / JPEG format.
- I will provide you with a full resolution of the artwork!♡ REVISIONS:
- Please make sure to tell me if you want to change anything about the piece, before I finish the sketch! A good communication will make things easier for both of us, so do not be afraid to tell me if you do not like something.<3♡ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY:
- I, as an artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing. So, I am allowed to use the copyrighted art piece to:
